The Vicenza Culture Forum, established in September 2023 by suggestion of the President of the Accademia Olimpica prof. Giovanni Luigi Fontana, and with the coordination of the Councillor for Culture, Tourism and Attractiveness, Ilaria Fantin, has as its main aimings the coordination of city cultural events and the creation of collaborations between different cultural entities.
It currently has about seventy active members from various cultural fields.
The Forum has established a shared and regularly updated calendar, visible to participants to facilitate the planning of events.

It is divided into an operational team, responsible for updating the calendar, and a team of sector representatives, responsible for developing cooperation and proposals.

The goals of the Forum include:
1. the rationalization of the calendar of Vicenza cultural events;
2. the creation of synergies among institutions on topics of interest;
3. the broadening of audiences interested in cultural proposals;
4. the strengthening of tools for communication and promotion of the calendar of activities, highlighting the extent and quality of the city cultural proposal;
5. the increase of dialogue and exchange of know-how among cultural actors operating in the area.
